Kathryn Melton has
worked in various
aspects of the
entertainment
industry as a
performer and
producer. She
received the
Fonda-McGuire
Playwright Award for
her play “Hedda’s
Gift” and is
currently on the
Board of Directors
of The Coleman and
Smith Artistic
Company (COLSAC). |

She has worked as
production assistant
on AFI’s Women’s
Directing Project
and is an active
member of Women in
Film. Kathryn has
been involved with
numerous onstage
productions in Los
Angeles, including
the widely acclaimed
“Vagina Monologues”
and was nominated
for a Drama Logue
Award for her
portrayal of a |

victim of spousal
abuse in “Subtle,
Tragic & Domestic
Changes”. She can
also be seen doing
standup comedy at
various comedy clubs
throughout Southern
California.
